The face behind Leo+June
My name is Alicia and I am a wife, mom, and educator, and most recently, owner of Leo+June Sensory Play. Although I helped name Leo and June when they became members of our family, they are not my kids names. Leo and June are the names of my kiddos “lovies”.
I truly love early learning and witnessing the “ah-ha” moments during a child's developmental age. The Summer of 2020 I decided to put a “homemade touch” on a birthday present for a family member. We made him 5 mini sensory boxes and from there, decided to give others the opportunity of homemade touches in sensory play!

Our Sensory Kits allow children to explore their senses in a hands-on, fun, and interactive way! Sensory play strengthens language development, cognitive growth, memory, and motor skills. Sensory play is also known to calm children who are frustrated due to anxiety. It's screen-free fun that your child will beg to play with over and over again! My kits are recommended by teachers, speech-language pathologists, and most importantly, parents and kids!
Leo and June play dough is homemade and fresh! It is scented with yummy, calming aromas, and is made with non-toxic ingredients. Your child will love how squishy and soft it is.
